Across Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex thousands of knitters meet in hundreds of locations to knit, crochet and stitch for charity.

They support many charities from orphanages and families abroad to small projects at home. The range of knitting and stitching groups in diverse situations reflect the whole community.

Regular meetings are held to give volunteers the opportunity to socialise with other knitters, compare knitting projects and have a tea or coffee. The opportunity for social interaction has an overall positive effect for older people’s health and well-being.

If you can knit, crochet or sew, the group would be delighted to welcome you.
