Mentor (Dundee)
Make a real difference by becoming a Volunteer Mentor in Dundee, supporting someone to overcome challenges and move towards their goals. Share your time, experience and encouragement to help someone build confidence and take positive next steps.
As a Volunteer Mentor in Dundee, you will be matched with someone who could benefit from your support, encouragement and lived experience. Through regular weekly meet-ups in the local community, you will build a trusted relationship and help your mentee work towards their personal or career goals. This might include boosting confidence, developing everyday skills, improving English, creating a CV or exploring job and training opportunities.
You do not need to have all the answers. What matters most is your ability to listen, encourage and show up consistently. We will provide full training, guidance and ongoing support, and carefully match you based on your interests and experience.
If you have knowledge or experience that could help someone take their next step, this is a rewarding way to give back and see real progress over time.
