We are committed to equipping and enabling communities with the skills, confidence and resources they need to lead change. By supporting local people to take action, we help build stronger, more resilient communities.

Strong communities are built by the people within them. When individuals have the confidence, skills and support to take action, they can shape the places they live in meaningful and lasting ways. However, many communities face challenges that can limit their ability to lead change without the right backing.

Our approach focuses on working alongside communities to build capacity and unlock local potential. This includes providing training, support and opportunities for people to develop skills, lead projects and bring others with them. By investing in people, we help create the foundations for sustainable, community-led action.

We work in partnership with local organisations and residents to ensure support is relevant and accessible. By enabling communities to take the lead, we help create lasting change that reflects local needs and priorities. Through this work, we are helping to build confident, connected communities that are equipped to shape their own futures.
