Youth VIP (Youth Voice, Inclusion and Participation) is a programme we deliver to create opportunities for young people to share their experiences and influence the decisions that shape their lives. Through creative and inclusive approaches, it supports young people, particularly those whose voices are less often heard, to take part in meaningful conversations and drive change.

Youth VIP helps young people build confidence, develop skills and feel empowered to speak up. It creates spaces where their views are valued and acted on, strengthening connections between young people, services and communities.

This work ensures that decisions are informed by real experiences, leading to more inclusive and responsive services. Through Youth VIP, we are supporting young people to shape their future and create lasting change.
