  • Virtual Activities online, by phone & post
  • For people over 50’s who would like more engagement with others during the week
  • Supporting wellbeing, physical activities, social & learning

The Getting Together Matters service operates non geographically, delivering online, phone and postal services to keep older people connected. We offer a volunteer supported model, creating a cost efficient & sustainable service with possibilities of user led activities.

The service caters to individual needs and places people together easily & safely. If people feel they would like more interaction with others during the week, we provide safe and easy options for people across the UK.

  • Building confidence, connection, meaningful engagement
  • Peer support from older people directly leading change
  • Reduce social isolation and loneliness
  • Improve mental and physical health

I’ve met people from different parts of the country who I now feel are friends and just someone to talk to.
