Welcome to Pembrokeshire, Wales where community spirit thrives, and volunteers are making a significant impact. Pembrokeshire is home to three vibrant community projects that aim to tackle isolation, improve physical and mental health, develop skills, and empower young people to lead change.
These initiatives are made possible through our partnerships with PAVS, the UK Government, the Welsh Government, Hywel Dda Health Board, and Pembrokeshire County Council.

Our projects include
Pembrokeshire Skills Share is a UK Government-funded Levelling Up project operating throughout Pembrokeshire. We bring communities and generations together to share skills and learn something new. Everyone has a skill that others would love to learn and we are encouraging and supporting people in Pembrokeshire to share their skills with others in their communities.
PIVOT is a multi-agency approach operating across Pembrokeshire that provides community support to people who have recently been discharged from hospital, or who may be at risk of unnecessary or inappropriate admission to hospital.
Pembrokeshire Community Hub is a ‘one stop shop’ for information, advice information and signposting across the County of Pembrokeshire. This service is run by Pembrokeshire Association of Voluntary Services (PAVS) but we partner with Hywel Dda Health Board and Pembrokeshire County Council to deliver the project.
