Grandmentors provides consistent, one-to-one support for care-experienced young people aged 16 to 25 as they move towards adulthood.

Our new impact report shows how trusted mentoring relationships help young people build confidence, navigate challenges and take steps towards greater independence.

During 2025/26, Grandmentors supported 339 care-experienced young people, created 169 new mentoring relationships and recruited 184 new volunteer mentors. The report also shows that 76% of young people were stable in their health and wellbeing and 74% were stable in their housing.
