Family Supporters Edinburgh has published its latest annual report, celebrating a year of meaningful support for families across the city.
During 2025/26, the project supported 50 families and established 42 new mentoring relationships, connecting parents with trained volunteers who provided consistent social, practical and emotional support. This early, relationship-based support helps families build confidence, reduce isolation and move towards greater stability.
The report highlights strong progress for families, including improvements in mental health and wellbeing, housing stability, access to support, school engagement and self-care routines. It also shares powerful stories from families, volunteers and referrers about the difference trusted volunteer support can make.
You can download the full report to read more about the impact, partnerships, volunteer voices and family stories from the past year.
