Our Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Anti-Racist (EDIA) approach 2023-2025 aims to create a solid foundation from which to systematically build an equitable and inclusive organisation.

As a values-led organisation we want to be proactive and intentional in taking action on equity, diversity and inclusion issues that matter most to our people. We want our organisation to be a place that fosters inclusion and isn’t afraid to take the time to pause and recalibrate, ensuring we don’t cause harm or inadvertently disadvantage anyone.

That is why we are proud to share our Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Anti-Racist (EDIA) approach. This approach sets our ambition for the next 2 years, 2023-2025, which aims to create a strong foundation from which to systematically build an equitable and inclusive organisation, recognising that the work will evolve and require regular review.
