Sophie Colella is a senior culture specialist with experience across UK public sector organisations including the Housing Ombudsman Service, the Criminal Case Review Commission, the Department for Education and the Cabinet Office. She specialises in organisational culture, equality and inclusion, and using workforce insight to inform leadership decisions. Sophie works closely with senior leaders and boards to translate employee feedback into practical change. She is passionate about volunteering as a route to confidence, skills and opportunity, and advocates for inclusive, accessible volunteering for all.
