Become a Telephone Befriender and support older people (50+) living in Blaenau Gwent who are experiencing feelings of social isolation and loneliness.

PROJECT

From creative writing to seated exercise and weekly quizzes, Getting Together Matters brings older people from across the UK together online, by phone and by post to have fun and take part in a range of free events and activities.
