Volunteers from the University of Sussex brought Indonesian culture to Lavender House during World Culture Day. Thanks #PostcodeLotteryPeople for making this possible! Video by Kei

Sporting Chance

Thanks to players of People’s Postcode Lottery, our Sporting Chance programme is transforming lives in Stockton-on-Tees.
This free health and wellbeing initiative supports older men through a range of weekly activities designed to boost both physical and mental health. More than just exercise, it’s a welcoming space where friendships grow and social connections thrive. Hear from the men taking part as they share what drew them to Sporting Chance—and how it’s made a lasting difference to their wellbeing.
