Activity Lead (Brighton)

Become an Activity Lead and support people 50+ to make them feel welcome and encourage them to participate in activities.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, committed, and creative volunteers who want to run a group or activity for over-50s at community venues in the city: exercise groups, arts/crafts, music, singing dancing, games and quizzes. Or an idea of your own – we’re always looking to try new activities. The sessions can be weekly, fortnightly, monthly or ad-hoc.

As the Activity Lead, you will run sessions, supporting those that attend and making them feel welcome and encouraging them to participate in your activity.

You should be positive, compassionate, and able to communicate. Someone that enjoys building relationships and helping others build confidence.
