Donating in memory of a loved one is a personal and special way to celebrate and remember them. Some people choose to collect donations for their chosen charity instead of flowers, to create a lasting impact to a cause that is important to them or their loved one.
You can choose to give in memory in a number of ways:
Giving a one-off donation or regular monthly donation
– Please follow this link to assist you in doing this : https://www.justgiving.com/VolunteeringMatters
– You can share this with friends and family so they too can have the opportunity to give in memory.
Set-up a memorial page
Set-up a memorial page so that your family and friends are able to donate from wherever they are in the world and post special messages about your loved one.
You can set-up a memorial page via JustGiving and your page will stay open for as long as you like, so you, friends and family can add donations and messages for years to come.
Arranging a collection at a funeral or memorial
You can discuss this with the Funeral Directors who should be able to arrange this for you.
Sending a donation by post
If you would prefer to send a cheque in memory of your loved one, please ensure that you make it payable to: Volunteering Matters and send it to:
