We are proud to be able collate and disseminate expertise in volunteering across the globe.  Thanks to our many partnerships across Europe, we are able to share our knowledge and models of good practice to best effect. We lead the Volonteurope network of organisations, and are also a member of SOLIDAR and the European Civic Forum.

Many of the participants in our flagship Full Time Volunteering programme hail from Europe and further afield, thanks to our work with EVS (European Voluntary Service).

Volonteurope is an international network promoting volunteering, active citizenship and social justice in Europe and beyond.

Volonteurope works at all levels, from the local to the international, and across the public, private and third sectors. We facilitate exchange, foster collaboration, and carry out research and advocacy. They are also actively engaged in the Social Platform and the European Platform for Lifelong Learning, EUCIS-LLL.

Volonteurope currently has over 50 members in more than 20 countries across Europe and is chaired by Volunteering Matters Chief Executive, Oonagh Aitken.
