Spot our volunteers during Emmerdale on ITV

Keep an eye for our volunteers during the ad breaks in Emmerdale on ITV this winter!

From December until January 2021 three of our projects – Norfolk Knitters and Stitchers, Grandmentors in Milton Keynes and Match and Mentor – are featured in the clips, giving a small glimpse of how our volunteers are building stronger communities and enabling others to unlock their potential.

During the filming one of our mentees from the Grandmentors project in Milton Keynes brought in baby Jacob to meet her mentor and so the Norfolk Knitters and Stitchers made him a blanket as a wonderful gesture.

It’s stories like this that make us delighted that Player’s of People’s Postcode Lottery are supporting projects like these across the UK. Together we’re helping communities come together and build brighter futures through volunteering.
