We are seeking a person who can develop and maintain strong long-lasting partnerships, with a proven track record of understanding the complexities faced by our diverse communities. They should also be skilled in creating inclusive processes that encourages community cohesion. This programme is short term and fast paced and would suit someone with experience of Volunteer recruitment and management.
