Volunteering Matters Cymru

Drwy ganolbwyntio ar bedwar maes gwaith; pobl anabl, pobl hŷn, pobl ifanc a theuluoedd rydym yn ysbrydoli ein gwirfoddolwyr ymroddedig ac uchelgeisiol i sbarduno newid yn eu cymunedau.

Mae gan Volunteering Matters hanes hir o wirfoddoli gweithredu cymdeithasol yng Nghymru. Gwyddom fod pobl yn profi ynysigrwydd cymdeithasol ac anghydraddoldebau enfawr yn eu cymunedau.

Rydym hefyd yn gwybod y gallwn, drwy fuddsoddi mewn pobl drwy wirfoddoli, leihau anghydraddoldebau ac ynysigrwydd er mwyn adeiladu cymunedau cryfach a mwy cynhwysol.

Drwy ganolbwyntio ar bedwar maes gwaith; pobl anabl, pobl hŷn, pobl ifanc a theuluoedd rydym yn ysbrydoli ein gwirfoddolwyr ymroddedig ac uchelgeisiol i sbarduno newid yn eu cymunedau. Rydym yn gwneud hyn drwy gyflwyno rhaglenni wedi’u targedu, arloesol a phroffesiynol ledled y wlad.

Volunteering Matters has a long history of social action volunteering in Wales. We know that people are experiencing social isolation and huge inequalities in their communities.

We also know that by investing in people through volunteering we can reduce inequalities and isolation to build stronger more inclusive communities.

By focussing on four areas of work; disabled people, older people, young people and families we inspire our committed and ambitious volunteers to power change in their communities. We do this by delivering targeted, innovative and professional programmes across the country.
